We recently stayed at the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, unique architecture, and lush, well-maintained grounds. The setting really is spectacular and makes for a memorable stay. One highlight of our visit was the Kids Club. It was truly spectacular. There were so many creative activities, toys, and projects for children, and the staff were incredibly gentle, patient, and kind with our daughter. Families traveling with young children will really appreciate how thoughtful and engaging the kids’ programming is. The food at the resort was good, and most of the staff we encountered were friendly and eager to help. At times it did feel like some of the staff may be a bit inexperienced and could benefit from additional training and guidance, but they were always kind and genuinely trying their best. The management team also handled a couple of service hiccups professionally once we brought them to their attention, which we appreciated. One thing future guests should know is that the property is very large and spread out across the hillside. Because of this, getting around requires using the buggy service. While helpful, the buggies can sometimes take a while to arrive, and if you forget something in your room it can take some time to go back. Because of the size and logistics of the resort, I personally would not recommend it for families who prefer convenience or quick access to things, even though the Kids Club itself was excellent. Overall it is a beautiful and unique resort with breathtaking scenery and a fantastic Kids Club, but the size of the property and transportation logistics are important things to keep in mind when booking.

We had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for one night during our honeymoon trip to Vietnam, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We were thoroughly impressed by every aspect of our stay — the excellent location, the beautiful and distinctive architecture, the immaculate cleanliness, and the luxurious facilities. The warm smiles and gracious hospitality of your staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. We also greatly enjoyed the exquisite cuisine and elegant presentation at the restaurants, as well as the outstanding quality of the spa treatments. Despite our limited English, everyone kindly supported us with patience and care, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay without any concerns. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to Jacob, the concierge, for his thoughtful assistance even after our departure. Although we regret that we cannot recall all the names, we are also deeply thankful to the wonderful staff at La Maison 1888, Citron, and Mi Sol Spa. Spending our honeymoon at your hotel allowed us to create memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. One night was simply not enough, and we very much hope to return for a longer stay in the future. Thank you once again for making our honeymoon so special.

Thanks to the friendly service, excellent facilities, and breathtaking natural scenery, we were able to comfortably enjoy our first family trip with our baby for 3 nights and 4 days. We would like to send a huge thank you to the entire team. Especially, we were so impressed by Tam (or Tom) at Citron. His kindness and professional service made our dining experience truly special. We also appreciate the housekeeping team and the butler service for their quick responses to our room requests. It was the perfect way to spend our last night in Vietnam. Thank you for making our first family memories so beautiful!

We had a truly wonderful stay at InterContinental Danang and would like to sincerely commend the exceptional team who made our visit so memorable. Special thanks to Vera from Front Office and the Assistant Manager of Front Office for assisting us smoothly during checkout, as well as the F&B Assistant Manager (Thomas) for personally apologizing for the delay, and the Director of Guest Services (Nguyen Tien Hai) who warmly greeted us upon arrival. These thoughtful gestures immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. Ni Pham (Kyla) did an excellent job explaining all the resort facilities in detail, which helped us fully enjoy everything the property has to offer. Chen Hoang (Adam) from Guest Services took a beautiful video of us during breakfast—such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Y. Nguyen was also very attentive and helpful while we were at the lounge. At La Maison 1888, Toan Phan and Ly Tu were absolutely amazing in explaining the history and ingredients of each dish, making the dining experience even more special and meaningful. We would also like to commend the entire Guest Services team, who were consistently warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, every team member we encountered delivered superb service. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. We will definitely come back—next time with our kids. As a guest staying at the stunning InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, one of the standout perks was complimentary access to the resort’s exclusive airport lounge in the domestic terminal of Danang International Airport. This benefit truly extended our luxurious experience right up until departure. The lounge itself is beautiful, with decor that perfectly echoes the whimsical, elegant style of the resort—think sophisticated touches, comfortable seating, and a serene atmosphere that feels like a seamless continuation of our stay at the peninsula. The food was delicious, offering a tasty selection of light snacks and refreshments that hit the spot before our flight. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making it a real highlight rather than just a standard airport wait. What truly elevated the visit was the outstanding staff and their excellent customer service. Airport Manager Hien oversees everything with professionalism, Hostess Na greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home, Waiter Linh was attentive and kind throughout, and Chef Son prepared dishes that were flavorful and impressive. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail turned what could have been a routine airport stop into a memorable, relaxing send-off. Overall, if you’re staying at the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort and flying domestically, this lounge access is an absolute must-enjoy perk. It perfectly caps off a magical stay with comfort, great food, and top-tier hospitality. Highly recommended—5 stars!
