This combines a premium seat with a shared roundtrip transfer: register at 12:00 at the Central Festival Chiang Mai parking KFC Gate on the first floor, then travel to Tudongkhasathan Lanna between 2:00pm and 4:00pm, receiving a souvenir and seeing the Lanna and hill tribe exhibitions by scholarship students. Dinner buffet runs 4:00pm to 6:00pm, the ritual area opens at 6:00pm with the lantern safety demonstration, chanting, meditation and the candlelight procession follow at 7:00pm, and you release your two khom loi from 8:00pm before the return transfer after the 9:00pm close.

The meet-up point is the Central Festival Chiang Mai parking KFC Gate, First Floor, at 12:00, with transport to the venue between 2:00pm and 4:00pm and the ceremony ending around 9:00pm. The adult ticket covers ages 12 and above; children under 11 enter free with a passport when accompanied by a parent, with no separate seat provided.
