We had a great experience at Xventure. The activities were fun and well organized, and the staff were professional and attentive to safety. Everything ran on time and the equipment felt well maintained. A good option if you’re looking for an active, adrenaline-filled day around Chiang Mai.

The kids love this place, it's a lot of fun inside, HOWEVER, we waited 30 minutes in the queue to get in today, once arriving at the cashier, they don't honour the prices they display on the board. For example 3 hours is discounted to 550 baht, when you ask for the special offer they tell you you have to follow their page on social media, which I was fine to do. However they will only give you the discount for one child. I only have one child but another child was joining us this day and and was able to follow on his own social media. they still did not allow it despite the fact we were paying separately and it wasn't my child- they still would not give him a discount. You also need to purchase the grippy socks with their logo on it to enter, you cannot enter with grippy socks from another establishment.... Finally we go for 2 hours instead of 3 hours because of this problem and then they say you cannot pay by card and you cannot pay by scan it's cash only. The children had to raid their purses for the cash otherwise we would have to have left the queue, get cash out and rejoin the queue for another 30 minute wait. After paying you have to join another queue to actually enter the playground. Seems to have lots of staff who are not very knowledgeable and are very slow, they even close the counter when they had a queue behind me which would have taken at least 30 minutes for the people at the back to reach the front. actually getting into this park is chaos, if you visit make sure you come prepared with cash, grippy socks with only their name on it- don't even think about bringing your own water, it's not allowed, you must purchase that overpriced water inside the store.

Very fun! Suitable for both kids and adults. We were a group of 4 young adults in our 20s and we had lots of fun. There are high ropes and very high slides that was the most fun!
