The cancellation policy varies between ticket types. For the Super Sale Sunset Cruise Promotion and the Special Promotion MON-THU Dinner Cruise for 4 Adults, tickets are non-refundable once booked. For the Upper Deck Dinner Cruise and the regular Dinner Cruise, tickets are refundable up to a cut-off of 2 hours before the visit, allowing for a 100% refund within that time frame. This means if your plans change, you can only receive a refund for the dinner cruises if you cancel at least 2 hours prior. Always check the specific policy for your chosen ticket type before booking.
